If I start studying from the beginning ,How to go for it?

Nice to see you thinking like this right now. If you really do what you intend now, you can definitely achieve what you want.

But you need not worry about ‘The Board exams’ right now.

First of all ,you make it a habit to have a glance at the chapter before it starts in the class.

Listen to your teacher attentively.

Have full concentration on what he/she says and do what he/she asks you to do at home.

Revise everything at home.

As the basics of every subject and topic are very important,  clarify your doubts immediately , may be from teacher/ friends/ books or whatever. If you keep on accumulating your doubts, your problems will keep on multiplying.

Specially in Accountancy , if you understand the basics, there are many chances that you are able to solve your exercises without much difficulty. Same holds true for Economics. In case of Business Studies whenever you are at ease, just go through the unit that interests you as a layman. Then read  it thoroughly, it will boost your interest in the subject and the lecture of the teacher.

This is all in general to start with.

How can I concentrate on studies and get good marks?

For concentration , you need to motivate yourself first.

If you are constantly focused on your goal, you will be able to concentrate on your studies.

For all the subjects revisions are must but I hate doing revision.

  1. Everything is difficult before it becomes easy. That will become easy only by revision.
  2. Things stay in your memory only after revision, otherwise most of the content will be washed out from your memory.
  3. Consider every revision a step to increase your score.

What time table should I make to study effectively?

You have to prepare your own timetable depending on your own factors regarding, school lessons, subject difficulty, etc.

What can be asked for Business Studies Viva class 12th?

As per C.B.S.E. guidelines, an external examiner should ask the viva questions based on the project file you have prepared. The basic idea is to check that the student has put in his efforts in the completion of that project. What are the important questions/topics in 12th Business Studies?

These days nothing can be called important ,more important or less important. If you think that you can score well only by reading selected topics, you are mistaken.  C.B.S.E. has clearly indicated in its syllabus that nothing can be skipped by the student. Three four chapters make one unit from which questions of particular marks questions will be asked.

Questions are set even from a single line incorporated in a para included in case studies, which comprise 80% of the questions.

You must arrange the units depending on your interest and understanding, then learn these one by one. Learning without thorough understanding is not sufficient, as most of the questions based on case studies can be done only if you have fully prepared those units.

So, Go for NCERT books along with detailed revision from a good book by a private publisher as suggested by your teacher.

However, You must check the syllabus and then plan for preparation:

The total of first five subjects is considered for calculating the percentage of student who has passed all these subjects, sixth is ignored then. If the student has failed in one of the regular subject but passed the additional subject, the additional subject replaces the subject in which the candidate has failed.

However, for the purposes of admission to various colleges, particular subject marks like Mathematics, can be given extra weightage, so, check well for what purpose you are calculating the percentage.
