Is Class 12 Board Result Important?
Is board percentage really important?
Does it matter to get a handsome percentage in board exams?
Such questions are usually read and heard immediately after the result is out.
During the session, In school, every teacher is after the students with dialogs like:
You must get 90 plus marks in finals, you must work hard to get good percentage in order to get into a good college.
You must cross the 90's bar for getting into that particular college.
So, our 'students' get a 'mission 90 plus' goal to work for.
There are various categories of students:
Who seriously work to achieve the 90+ goal, who occasionally get this feeling, who work hard but due to circumstances beyond their control couldn't reach this goal, still there are those who never cared for such goal and realize only after the result what they should have worked for.
Whatever may be the case you can find innumerable cases of different percentage of marks having different outcomes of different careers in the life of different persons.
Life is full of choices, chances and challenges. Everyone is different and unique. There are people around us who couldn't do much in life even after getting 90 plus in class 12, some just switch over to some other line and prosper there, some grow well even with 60 plus.
It's good to get high percentage due to various reasons as It helps in:
- Proving your worth for the time being.
- Gaining a lot of self-confidence that ultimately provides you a number of opportunities in life.
- Enjoying appreciation by peers, teachers and relatives.
- Getting you an immediate chance to get into good college of your choice.
- The admission to a good college can further enhance your confidence and self-worth.
- It is added permanently to your academic property.
We can count many more.
But, if you couldn't get it, even then, have courage.
Life is full of choices. You just need self-confidence to keep your head and self-esteem high. Others do not take much time to forget your 'good' or 'bad'. You just get out of it. Find and try other options available there.
You are lucky to live life in the 'Internet times' when you don't have to go anywhere and spend a lot to search for opportunities out there. This way, You can invest in your own and increase your worth by learning skills available free or on cost.
